iGaming development

The player experience. The operation behind it.

We build custom iGaming platforms and systems, connecting player applications, wallet flows, provider integrations and operator tools.

Define the platform

An iGaming product brings together player journeys, account state, payments, game or sportsbook providers and operational processes. We start by defining the operating model and the responsibilities of each system and provider.

A project can cover a complete custom platform, an extension to an existing product or a focused operational tool. We discuss the available integrations, contractual dependencies and technical documentation before finalising scope.

Customer and operator workflows

Player functionality can include registration, account areas, game discovery, transaction history and payments. Operator tools can include account administration, support workflows, content management, reporting and affiliate management.

The interface and backend need to reflect the same rules. We map how actions move through the system, where approval is needed and how staff can understand the status of an account or transaction.

Integrations and transaction state

Provider callbacks, payment notifications and wallet activity can involve retries, delays and failures. We define how the platform identifies, records and handles these events, and what staff need to investigate an exception.

We work through transaction state, reconciliation requirements, access controls and audit visibility as part of the architecture. Provider selection, available APIs and any existing platform constraints influence the final implementation.

Start with the requirements

For the first conversation, bring the proposed product, existing platform if applicable, known providers and the main delivery priorities. We use that information to define the architecture, identify dependencies and plan delivery.

KNWLY builds the software infrastructure. Operators remain responsible for legal, licensing and jurisdiction-specific compliance. Technical scope and operator obligations need to be defined clearly before development.
